I was driving and it lost power. Feels like it wants to turn over but won't start. Was spitting a lot of water out the exhaust
JA: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?
Customer: This was the first time but now it won't start
JA: What is the model/year of your Toyota?
Customer: 2006 scion cb Xb

Did you notice if the engine was overheating before this happened, were any warning lights on? Was there any noise? Check the coolant level and look for any external leaks.
