My airbag light is always saying off and light in dash after small rear end crash
JA: Have you checked the fuses? The dashboard bulbs?
Customer: Not fuse problem

well you dont really need a dealer to scan it...you would just need a air bag scan tool... theyt can be bought reasonable likley its cheaper to buy a scan tool then to pay diagnostic fees

without codes its a guessing game...likley its the seat sensor on the passenger seat but withoit codes its a guessing game

I have researched this and it tells me that the seat sensor and airbag sensors have to be recalibratd and only a dealer can do this.. if you were a real Toyota mechanic you could have told me this without me having to do my own research...air bag can only be fixed at dealer....thanks for nothing
