Customer Question
no power on the solenoid...
2002 Camry will not crank. I have checked starter and it has no power on the solenoid wire from the switch when you turn on the ignition, I jumped across the leads and it cranked, tried putting in neutral but getting same , plus the shifter doesn't move when the ignition switch is on, I pressed the shift button to put it in neutral, thinking that neutral kill switch may be problem

if you dont have power to the shifltlock ecu, and the fuse is good, you need to do a continuity test of the wire from the fuse to the shiftlock connector
