JA: What is the model/year of your Toyota?
Customer: 2004 camry
JA: Are you fixing your Camry yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: i took it to my mechanic a couple of days ago ... he checked all the electrical connections and thought it was a charger problem ... got a new charger but ... still have the problem
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
