Customer Question

I have a 2012 Toyota Highlander and for some reason the driver side window will not go up. The window fell a couple of weeks ago and the mechanic said there were some bolts loose but now the window will not go up at all.
JA: Are you fixing your Highlander yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No I took it to a mechanic (Virginia Body and Auto) and they fixed it or at least I thought they fixed it. The window worked for about 3 weeks and then stopped working this morning when I got to the parking garage at work.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Should I go to a Toyota dealer ship or back to the mechanic?

Welcome, I'm Chris (aka Moose), my normal schedule online is around lunch and after dinner till early morning.

Any noise or movement from the door or glass when commanding the window to move?

Are you planning to fix it yourself this time?
