Customer Question

I was told that my 89 Celica needs a new fuel injector, I have the part for it.
JA: Has the vehicle turned into a gas hog? And how does it start -- same as usual?
Customer: I am needing information on how to replace it
JA: Are you fixing your Celica yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No, when the engine is cooled down it does not stat right away. I normal turn the key for about 3 quick seconds; then again but I pump the gas 3 quick times and that always seems to work. For this problem i have not tried anything yet i am trying to fix it myself but I do get help when i must
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not at them moment.

Thanks for posting

Do you know what engine it is, is it the 5SF-E engine. There are 4 injectors which one are you going to replace? Does the engine run mormally or does it misfire?
