Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are quite a few things that can cause a no start condition and it's going to require some testing to determine exactly what is going on. You may be missing spark, fuel, the problem could be an exhaust restriction or fuel contamination, or an internal engine issue such as cam timing.

The first step in diagnosing the problem was to check for fault codes. Do you know if any codes are setting?
You've tested fuel pressure?
