2016 new (700 miles) Rav-4, 2-wheel drive has recurrent,

Customer Question

2016 new (700 miles) Rav-4, 2-wheel drive has recurrent, on-off, on-off shudders in the front end.
JA: Besides this, what condition is the car in?
Customer: Brand new.
JA: What year is your RAV4?
Customer: 2016, I bought it new in September, 2016.
JA: Are you fixing your RAV4 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No, would not fix myself. It's under warranty. I just realized it's the car and not the roads. Typically I drve at 70-75 miles an hour. The 'shudders' are minimzed at the higher speeds. I just happened to set the cruis at 65 and that was the "seet spot" for the on/off shudders.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I wanted to know if there's some known deficiency with Rav-4 front ends tht are similar with this issue.
