I have a 2001 camry solara. I moved the seat completely

Customer Question

I have a 2001 camry solara. I moved the seat completely forward and now it won't go back. The motor sounds like it's engaging but the screw doesn't move. All other functions work. I looked at Youtube videos but my seat does not have a place where you can manually turn the seat with a driver. please help!
JA: How many miles are on the car? Is it an automatic or a manual transmission?
Customer: Around 200,000 miles. Auto tranny
JA: Are you fixing your Camry Solara yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Looked at youtube video
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Pulled off plastic trim to expose the rails
