shaking on acceleration from 20 t0 40. i replace the dog bone motor mount. but i also read that replacing the axle thats non oem will also cause the problem of shaking. is that true

Customer: my other mechanic replace the right passenger axle then i had the problem of shaking. i read about engine mounts can go bad. so i replaced the dog bone to start
