I have a 2001 sienna that the knob that controls the cold to hot air is stuck. it goes from medium to hot but cannot get back over to cold.
JA: Have you checked the freon? And do all the fuses have power?
Customer: Would that control the knob

but before we get into that I will give you a picture of your heater valve to be checked. which knob is it your having trouble with? the fan, direction or temp?
