it runs fine but when it sits over night or for a long period of time it is really hard to start
JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: yea I have to crank it for like three four minutes every morning
JA: What is the model/year of your Toyota?

Hello, thanks for posting

If the check engine light is not on when the engine is running it's most likely fuel pressure related, the fuel pump is designed to hold residual pressure, if it leaks down overnight then it may take a few tries of cranking the engine to get enough pressure to the injectors. It should be checked for that overnight with a fuel pressure gauge attached. The basic engine timing should also be checked.
