Customer Question

I am trying to replace the 140 amp alternator fuse on my 2005 Toyota Tundra. I have the fuse box separated but I cannot figure out how to remove the bolts that hold the fuse in. The holes are small and my socket will not fit. Does the top of the fuse box come apart again?
JA: Have you checked the manual yet? Most vehicles have two fuse panels.
Customer: I have the proper fuse box identified and separated so that I can see the underside of the 140 amp fuse.
JA: Are you fixing your Tundra yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I am fixing it myself.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No.

Hello and welcome to just answer. I will send you a link which has a video how to take that fuse box apart so you can replace that fuse. I know this is not your model but still basically the same procedure.has clips around the inside you must relieve to take the rest apart. If you require further assistance let me know.
