Power windows and door locks not working
JA: Have you checked the fuses?
Customer: Yes, looks ok, swapped it with one next to it but no luck
JA: What is the model/year of your Toyota?
Customer: 2003 landcruiser
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just the fuse, have an appointment at mechannics on Wednesday, but would rather not go

Hello and welcome to just answer and allowing me to assist you.Have you got a test light or circuit tester and how good are you at testing automotive circuits? Always check both sides of a fuse with a test light. Next check the you hear any clicking at the window door lock relays? Can you remove the master switch on the driver's door to check for power ?
