I can't turn the key in the ignition.... And I can't move

Customer Question

I can't turn the key in the ignition.... And I can't move the stick shift.
JA: Is the car in "Park" or "Neutral?" Do you know if your car has a "wheel lock" feature?
Customer: Park
JA: What is the model/year of your Toyota?
Customer: 2014 Corolla
JA: Are you fixing your Corolla yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I've tried turning the steering wheel one way or another. I've also looked for the unlock button that I used to use in my old Camry... That was next to the stick shift.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Nothing comes to mind.
