I'm trying to remove the driver side front axle of a 2009

Customer Question

I'm trying to remove the driver side front axle of a 2009 Toyota matrix. But only one part of it came out. (from the inner boot),the other end is still attached to the tranny. How do I remove it?
JA: Are you fixing your Matrix yourself? What have you tried so far? Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I'm doing it myself, working on the ground. This is not the first time I do this, only the first time that this happens
