Customer Question

On the week of labor day, I took my Camry LE in to my local Walmart to have my car get a oil change. I have a driver's power seat. Where I can bring the seat up, & forward. I have Never had any problems with my seat before. When I got back to the auto area I was told something happened to my seat. (Mind you, when I got there and they told me where to park, I moved the seat back enough for a Man to get in.) Then when I got back to my car they told me there was a problem with my seat. James told me to come out to my car,and when I saw it I started to cry, the back of my power seat was broke. It was all the way back! James had broke it. I said it was fine when I came in and I wanted them to fix it! They said "well the car was old (16 years) and they wouldn't fix it! I even called the corporation and tried to ask them (the CEO) but I heard nothing back. Thanks, ***** ***** My e-mail is***@******.***.
