Have my daughters 1997 Toyota Camry and the heater core is hot but no warm air in cab occurs. Is there a way to manually get the mix door open thru the winter
JA: Do the vents feel cold? Is there a coolant leak?
Customer: No leaks just cold air like the blower fan is not circa over the core
JA: Are you fixing your Camry yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes will look at tomorrow

Customer: Was hoping to co a manual cable to a mixing door stem or something

It's really difficult to get to the mode door without removing the entire HVAC assembly. Here is a diagram that shows the location of the mode door. If you can remove the actuator you would reach in and move the door by hand.
