Hello. Welcome to Just Answer. Please allow me to assist you. It is highly possible that the vehicle has lost its "Base Idle Parameter". This is a value that is stored in the computer; thsi data is lost when you disconnect the battery voltage. I would recommend that you take the vehicle out and drive it thru these circumstances:

1) "city traffic"; like stopping at stop lights every city block

2) "highway traffic"; like on an interstate where you can apply passing gear (if automatic transmission), a few ull throttle applications

Alternate between the 2 scenarios for 30 seconds, allowing the vehicle to idle.

If the Base Idle parameter is lost, this above drive cycle will restore the parameter.

Please confirm you have received my input; thanks
