i have a 2005 crown vic 4.6 police interceptor
JA: What year is your Interceptor?
Customer: 2005
JA: Are you fixing your Interceptor yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: when i put on the high beams i get no litesthem just barely glow
JA: Have you checked the bulbs and fuses?
Customer: bulbs both work low and high
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: i think its a connection cause i found passenger side high beam wire was cut

First, has the lighting control module recall been performed already?

Next, it's safe to assume the police equipment has been removed...were the lights rewired after equipment was removed or does it look like factory wiring was left intact?
