JA: Have you checked the battery, particularly the terminal connections? Are they corroded?
Customer: Brand new here's the issue

Customer: When I shake my Prius it started it funny right 2007

Customer: It won't start right. Then I slammed the door it started Then I was like wtf So I turned it off Then back on Drove it to del taco Turned it off Dies doesn't turn on So I got out Shook the whole car Got back in it Starts up Funny huh
JA: Are you fixing your Prius yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just told you New battery Cables all fine
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Hello. Welcome to Just Answer. Please allow me to assist you. Before you do anything else, loosen up the battery and, when the car will not start, shake just the battery. I have observed this before. On the several that I have encountered, there was a loose plate in the battery. Let's try that before we do anything else.
