Customer Question

My driver's side seat is stuck all the way up, and I was planning to start driving for Uber tonight. ;)
JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: The headlights will turn on. To my knowledge the battery is fully charged. I've driven it just fine, though my knees are up around the steering wheel.
JA: What is the model/year of your Toyota?
Customer: 2003 Camry
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I found a YouTube video of a guy who removed the drivers seat cushion shield. Then used an S2 square drill bit to manually crank the seat back an inch, and the motor started working at that point. I'm hoping that I can replicate that. I don't think the seat motor has died.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: I don't think so. Pearl, how does this work? Do I pay for advice here?
