I have water on the carpet in both passenger and driver side

Customer Question

I have water on the carpet in both passenger and driver side and the back seat. Water is clear and doesn't smell like anything but water
JA: What is the model/year of your Toyota?
Customer: 2011 Highlander
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I just vacuumed out the water but it keeps coming back. I thinking either the seal on the windshield is defective or the heater core. If I can I would like to fix it myself
JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?
Customer: Not yet. I check it when I get out of work
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Not that I can think of
