does the button work? does it feel normal? is it depressed? did you press the button and it turned on and now wont turn off?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It feels normal, doesn't do anything
Expert:  john replied 1 year ago.

sounds like the button has failed you are going to have to pull the flasher or fuse( to makeit stop flashing) and replace the switch/button assembly to restore functionality .

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Can you tell me which fuse?
Expert:  john replied 1 year ago.

it will be in the engine compartment fuse panel and will be labeled HAZ
