Customer Question

my driver door will not open from the inside.
JA: What is the model/year of your Toyota?
Customer: 2001 sequoia
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Nothing. I have no idea why it just stopped working.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: It happened all at once. It worked perfectly and then it did not work at all from the inside.
