Customer: Took negative battery cable off, i haven't tried yet to start it

Thank you for trusting us with your questions. Was the check engine light on as well? Did the warnign lights come back on after you disconneted the battery? Did you have the codes checked?

We are driving now with no more warnig lights on. No we did not check code.

Ok, well by disconnecting the battery, all the stored information relating to the issue was erased. So, there isnt much I can tell you unless the warning lights come back on and we can get the codes from the computer. It is possible that something as simple as a gas cap being left loose at some point caused the lights to come on, or it could have been something more in depth. The only way to know is to wait to see if the warning lights come back on and have the codes read.
