JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. Nothing so far.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: It happened after I synced my new iphone to blue tooth.

Thank you for trusting us with your questions. From the settings menu, go down to software update and check the version number. Let me know what the version number is. There could be multiple versions in a list, I need to know the first one.

From the home screen, there is a burron with a gear in it. It opens up the settings menu. From the settings menu go down 1 or 2 screens deoending on whicb unit you have and there will be a button tht says software update. On this screen, there will be version numbers listed.
