Hello, Can you hear any type of clicking noise when you turn the key to try to start the truck?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Just one click. all interior lights come on, AC turns on and a jump doesn't help

Ok. That sounds like a starter issue. The starter can fail without warning and jumpstarting will not help. You can try turning the key to start quickly and repetively and the starter will sometimes engage and work briefly
