Have a 2013 Highlander whose right rear bumper side was hit

Customer Question

Have a 2013 Highlander whose right rear bumper side was hit in parking lot; now top of bumper pulled away somewhat , can see retainer slots, won't clip back. Can you provide info on removing rear bumper and retainers. Thanks
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Tried manually pushing top of bumper back, no luck can see 2 retainer slots(undamaged), closet to wheel, no resistence when pushed in, so suspect retainer damage. Will repair if not too difficult
JA: Besides this, what condition is the car in?
Customer: Car is in great shape, no structural damage to bumper otherwise.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Nope

can you post a picture of where the bumper has come loose and the clips so I can get an overall idea of what's going on?
