1998 Land Cruiser moon roof won't close? motor activates and one side moves but other side appears jammed?

The problem could be a few things. You may have a broken guide, a broken cable, or there may be something foreign blocking movement on the side that won't move. What you'll need to do is firs inspect for anything foreign blocking movement. If nothing is found then the sunroof assembly will most likely need to be removed and disassembled to see exactly what has failed. It may need a guide or cable, or the assembly may need to be replaced depending on what is found.
