Hello,

Sounds like your cd player will need to be replaced.

I would bring this in to the dealer, they have reman radio programs and will mail you the cds once they remove them at the reman radio facility.

You should be under warranty being you have a 2015.

Is there a way we can eject the DVD without going to the dealership?

You could try disconnecting both battery cables and holding them both together for 30 seconds. That will reset the unit and hopefully you will be able to eject it. Make sure you touch the cables together as far away from the actual battery as possible. Thanks.
