my 2000 Toyota 4 runner not getting any readings from my secondary resistance from coil pack

There should be resistance of the secondary no resistance or zero ohms indicates an open circuit, there are three coils , have you compared this coil to the others?

Is there an engine misfire, do you have any diagnostic codes from the computer?
