JA: Have you checked the coolant? Have you checked for a leak in the cooling system?
Customer: Yes I replaced it with the original coolant drove fine let it sit overnight and no leaks
JA: What is the model/year of your Toyota?
Customer: 2003 Toyota Echo 2 door basic model

Have you checked to see if the electric cooling fan turns on when the engine temperature goes up?

The check engine light may not be relate but I think it would be a good idea to check to see what diagnostic codes may be stored in the computer, most auto parts places like Autozone, O Reilly can help you do that at no charge.
