Thank you for trusting us with your questions. You should visit your dealership and have the software version checked. There could be a software update for this issue. If there is no software update available, (which will depend on the software veraion currently installed on your radio) your vehicle could need the head unit replaced. If the problem doesn't happen often enough that you can demonstrate it to the service personnel at your dealer, I highly recommend making a video of it to show them.
