My 1996 corolla seatbelt light doesn't come on when I start

Hi Pearl my 1996 corolla seatbelt light doesn't come on when I start the car, how do i resolve this issue
JA: Does the engine turn over? How old is the battery?
Customer: Yes it turns over the battery is about2 1/2 yrs old

Locate junction block 1

Unplug it and apply power and ground to the red and red/blue wire

If the light comes on then the integration relay is bad, if the light does not come on then the bulb is blown.
