Hello, my name is ***** ***** I would be glad to help you out with this problem.

If the light is blinking it means you have a trouble code that is not allowing the compressor to turn on. You would need a scan tool capable of going into the hvac module and pulling codes.

You have various temp sensors that control the ac compressor. Have you checked the fuse for the compressor?

You could also have a bad low pressure switch, that would cause the compressor to stay off.

Also as you know low refrigerant will cause the comp to stay off.

You could also have a problem in the wiring harness that leads to the compressor. You could check this wire for continuity.

Hopefully this helps you out and please let me know if you need any help of have any questions.

Thanks, Dan
