There is a Toyota category......sorry for the issue
This is over a 12 hour repair
Engine needs to be removed
Transaxle needs to be removed
Axles need to be removed
Numerous Components before you get to the Transfer Case
Your best bet is to purchase a Repair Manual OR subscription to AllDataDIY ;

as we would not be able to post that much info on site without additional charges, which would be more than a subscription

I just checked allData and they don't have this model available for some reason. Also, I'm literally working on the tear down of this right now and it really doesn't seem like a bad job at all. The transfer case (or maybe the front diff if that's what you call it) is a few bolts from coming off without the removal of even the sub frame (I did have to remove the exhaust pipping in the area, the drive shaft, and I'm currently working on the one axle that goes into it. I'm going to post a pic of what I'm taking about for clarification.

ya.......AllData has the complete info for 2009 Toyota Sienna AWD.........
The info you need, other than torque specs, is at least 12 pages

Will OPT OUT & RELIST, to see if someone else can provide a better solution........

Please do not respond to this or rate, as it will lock question
