I send this question to just answer and one of just answer technicians answer my question but was wrong answer and cost me over $2000 and still same problem
Long story short
On this Matrix I have steering problem
Hard to turn
Red warning light is on in the cluster
Code C1515. C1525
As technician said
I have 12 V on in ECU
I replaced ECU AND steering column

Sorry, without having access to the car to connect a diagnostic computer and doing my own diagnosis per the factory manual I can't help with this and will opt out, maybe another expert has a quick and easy better solution.
