Does the engine crank over and are you getting any malfunction codes?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no crank, starter is trying to engage but the flywheel is not moving.. codes relate to the camshaft sensors.

If the starter solenoid is engaging the flywheel in the engine is not turning over it is locked up. The only way to be certain would be to put a socket and breaker bar on the bolt on the crank pulley and see if you can manually turn it over and if you cannot running it without oil has seized the engine up. The computer will not shut the system down when there is no oil in the engine.
