Hello. Welcome to Just Answer. Please allow me to assist you. Sadly, this particular brake system bleeding procedure requires the use of the Toyota scan tool. If you do not have access to this tool (or a compatible tool that will interface withthe ABS system, you will not be able to bleed the system manually. If you want this system bled properly, you are going to have to go to a Toyota service department. ALl you can do yourself is bleed the fittings on the master cylinder; the ABS unit must be manually activated thru the Bleed window on the scan tool.
