Fenton ***** *****. 2001 Highlander 3.0. Cant get at the rear plugs. Went to take off the plenum, but 1 bolt from behind on the passenger side bracket is IMPOSSIBLE to remove. Help!!!!!!!

There is a bracket that goes from the engine block to the back of the plenum. 14mm bolt. No room between bolt and firewall. Cant get any tool on it

Thank you for allowing me to help you with this concern today and am sorry to hear that you are having this problem. This bracket that you are trying to remove is on the passenger side and real close to the firewall, correct?
