There is a 1.5 to 2 inch difference in clearance between the L rear wheel well and the tire compared to the R rear. Why would that exist. Looking at the truck from the rear it looks like it is leaning to the L or the drivers side.

It could be a broken or weak leaf spring, does it look like it's been in an accident(rear end or side impact)?

Look at the frame closely, does it look like parts of it have been re painted?
