Hello. IT sounds like you have either a damaged wire shorting to ground, or your fuel pump is beginning to go bad, which is drawing too much power and blowing the fuse. I am leaning more toward a shorted wire. Inspect all the exposed wiring under the hood. O2 sensors, etc. Check the wiring to the fuel pump also under the back seat.
