Mr. Pro. I have a brother who has an new v6 tacoma. He has become a heavy drug user and has been driving while impaired. I could simply take out the battery on the truck, remove the rear wheels, etc. What else can I do simply to disable the vehicle. I was reading you replay about removing the 2 electrical connectors to the starter. Any other ideas? Thank you
