Is it possible that the charger was connected backwards inadvertently? There are a few fuses that could be affecting this. In a situation like this I usually advise for an inspection of every fuse, because we never know where the voltage spike when to and what's effected. I recommend pulling each individual fuse and inspecting one at a time. Also an inspection of the main( large amperage) fuses under the hood also need to be checked, as well as the smaller fuses and the panel above the drivers feet.
Also see picture below, inspect the tops of these fuses in red as well, to see if the strip in the middle is missing, if its missing it means its blown.
