I have a 2009 Toyota Sienna and both power sliding doors

Customer Question

I have a 2009 Toyota Sienna and both power sliding doors stopped functioning simultaneously. They work fine manually. I checked all fuses with no problems observed. The door stop button on the dash is not engaged.

Hello and welcome,

Unfortunately on this system there is not much that can be done without having a scan tool that can access the sliding door module.

You stated you already checked the switch on the left side of the dash, there should be a child safety lock on the sliding doors inspect the switch and make sure they are not engaged.

Is there a wire harness that routes on the bottom of the door?
