Customer Question

I have a 96 Toyota Camry and the passenger side window if rolled down may go half way back up and then stop. If I wait 5 or 10 minute then it will usually go the rest of the way up. I ran jumper wires from the battery to the motor and the same thing will usually happen. The window slides freely. What could be the problem? Ron.

Hello, thanks for posting

The problem is the window motor it should be replaced, this is typically what happens, it will move for a little and then stop until it cools back down a little, when the motor starts to draw too much current to keep it moving.
