My battery and altenator was just replaced on my 2005

my battery and altenator was just replaced on my 2005 highlander limited*****v6, and now my check engine lite and vsc light are on. i pulled the neg bat terminal for about a minute and they went out for about 50 miles and came back on. any advice would be appreciated. thanks mark,

Check the air filter housing top part for a disconnected vacuum hose, it's about 1/2" in diameter, they may have forgotten to put it back on , just put it back on and clear the codes again, let me know if it's not that and we'll go from there.
