2009 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER LIMITED ---i OVERLOADED 12v POWER OUTLET ON FRONT INSTRUMENT PANEL AND THE ONE LOCATED NEAR THE TRANMISSION SHIFTER....WHAT FUSE NUMBERS NEED TO BE REPLACED?

Hello, the fuses are marked in the fuse cover diagram, just match up the diagram with the fuse cover, there should be two 'power outlet' outlet fuses.

In your owners manual these are number 8, 17 and 27

Fuses 8 and 27 checked And are not blown. Number 17 fuse, I'm not sure how that is accessible to a customer... Is it? Are you suggesting that these two power outlets are linked to three fuses? That would be unusual... Advise.

Looking at the diagram on the fuse cover there should be two fuses marked 'power outlet' the one for the fron outlet in the dash may be called "cig lighter" just match the diagram up to the fuse panel.
