i have a 1999 tocoma 2.4. Lack of power under load, poor gas milage. I replaced MAF, both oxygen sensors, plugs, wires. The cooling fan on all the time with AC on, don't no if thats normal. I have excessice rpm when AC kicks on. What is it.

Does not have an electric cooling fan do you mean hydraulic clutch fan is staying on or is making noise at this drawing air through the condenser? Has anyone checked the vacuum on the engine at idle and on snap throttle to see if it's responding correctly? Did you run a cylinder compression test yet? Did anybody check fuel pressure?
